A further Thanksgiving note ...

Hello all - we hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! We certainly did, though we were having so much fun that we have no pictures of us enjoying ourselves! We got to Milton Keynes around 4:30 on Saturday and turkey was served around 6:00. We had a really nice chat and revealed to our friends the big news - we are having a baby! I am now 10 weeks along, so we've got a ways to go yet ... but we've just told our families and want to help spread the word. The baby is due May 6/08 and we are really looking forward to our new little addition. Although, that being said, so far pregnancy hasn't really been that much fun ... I've been quite sick, and I apologize to all of you who I've lied to about having the 'flu' ... nope, it wasn't the flu! We have our first ultrasound on October 24th and we will be hearing the heartbeat for the first time and seeing our little baby (who will mostly look like a blob) on the screen - really looking forward to that.

So ... we will definitely keep you posted on the next few months and we hope everyone is nice and full of turkey and pumpkin pie ;)

Wow! Congratulations!

I had just finished thinking how odd it was that we were both sick at the same time, and thinking about flus that simultaneously hit the UK and New Zealand... guess I was wrong!

Big congrats, and Happy Thanksgiving (I don't actually know anyone from North America here, so the weekend was quite uneventful).

You're forgiven..about the little white lies. We are ecstatic and will be taking notes from all our grandparent friends.
It is a wonderful Thanksgiving present.
Keep us posted with pictures when the little one starts pushing out your tummy!
God Bless,
Love Dad & Mom

" structure, the ninth month pantyhose well, lets just says you could park a Buick in them and have room left over for a crib and change table. having said that, many congratulations, your mom and Dad seem very elated at this, I wonder tho, how your dad will feel about living with a grandmother., We will continue praying that this will be healthier for you and that all will go well as did when Matt was born, What a wonderul thanksgiving gift from god

Holy Crap! Peter's going to be a dad...that's almost as crazy as me. We thought maybe it was going down when your mom said that you were "sick" during their visit. Anyways, welcome to the club of the unprepared...I'm the president. Only a few more weeks to go. Congrats guys!

PS Halo 3 is sick!, you need to get a box so we can play online.
