Sadly, spring has still not yet arrived to Cold Lake .. it visited us for a few days here and there, but hasn't decided to stay yet! We are currently getting 5-10 centimeters of snow - and really hoping that this will be the end of it!Ainsley has been providing Peter & I with lots of 'patience testing activities' ... she is really starting to get into everything, and enjoying the different reactions we provide her with - good and bad. We've recently decided to create a space for her toys behind the couch in the family room - rather than have them spread out all over the room ; ) She is not too sure about playing back there without us in view all the time, even though we are not that far away. Despite this mild separation anxiety, she did stay in the nursery at church this morning for a whole hour! That sets a new record : )

Ainsley is also extremely adept at thoroughly exploring a room ... any room, any time : ) And despite her nice new play area - and all the toys she has, she seems to be happier playing on the other side of the room with whatever she might find.
She is growing fast and will soon be 11 months! She & I continue to have fun with our other mom & baby friends, especially since many of the babies are crawling, standing and walking ; )

Cute updates :) I love the new pics of Ainsley learning to stand on her own! She is such a big girl!!
I have a few technical questions about the blog... perhaps you could fill me in.
First, how do I get pics on the right hand side... I like how you have some special pictures on the right side of your blog.
Second, how do you get one of those lilypile counters onto the blog. I used to have one on our old webiste but I frustratingly cannot figure out how to put one on our blog!!
